IssuerSPCX is issued by a third party that can pause it, block addresses or burn it, including from the SpaceEggs reward contract. This can delay claims or leave some unpaid, and SpaceEggs cannot reverse it.
BuybackBuys can execute at a worse price than expected, or be delayed.
SoulboundA SpaceEgg cannot be moved. Losing wallet access means losing the SpaceEgg and its payouts.
UnwrapUnwrapping costs 10% of the wrapped SEGGS. That SpaceEgg gets no share of the current epoch's pot or any later one. SPCX from epochs already closed stays claimable until its claim deadline.
Market$SEGGS and SPCX can lose value, including all of it.
Team allocationThe team allocation, 5% of supply, is not vested. It can be sold at any time.
OperationsEpoch closes and buybacks depend on transactions landing on time.
UnclaimedSPCX not claimed by its deadline can be swept and is lost to the holder.
AdminThe multisig can change the buyback, including the token it buys and the trading fee rate (up to 10%), after a 12-hour public timelock. It can sweep SPCX left unclaimed past the claim deadline. [TBD: multisig signers, pause controls]
